Most orders are dispatched from the Netherlands, so if you're in the EU, you won’t have to worry about customs. Delivery times vary depending on your location. • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.
• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached.
• Sale and marked-down items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Little Nessi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit will be issued.
